It still holds that title today. Joe passed away this February and Steve and Dave took the wheel and haven&#8217;t looked back.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nordost.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Unknown.jpeg\"><img \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>JS Audio, located in Bethesda MD, is truly a gem.\u00a0 It\u2019s a small store, but the old adage about good things coming in small packages couldn\u2019t be more true than in this case.\u00a0 As soon as you open the door, you know you&#8217;ve found something special.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4163 size-large\" (max-width: 584px) 85vw, 584px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One of the first things you see when you walk in is a wide array of Nordost hanging on the wall.\u00a0 But Nordost is just the beginning\u2014 the next treat comes when you turn your head and see Audio Research and Wilson Audio greeting you.\u00a0 Walk down the long hallway and peek into the other rooms and you&#8217;re transported to hi-fi heaven:\u00a0 You see more Wilson Audio speakers, more Audio Research, DCS, McIntosh, Dynaudio, D\u2019Agostino, Boulder, HRS, and SME\u2014 all wired with Nordost, from Blue Heaven all the way to Odin 2.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nordost.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6322-e1544029365900.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-4165 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/nordost.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/IMG_6322-e1544029365900.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1512\" height=\"2016\" 840px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Until you walk in that front door you would have no idea that the best of the best reside here.<\/p>\n<p>Steve is continuing the same course that Joe found so successful over the years, while adding a splash of his own taste.\u00a0 He keeps a focus on partnerships with select brands, but has also plunged deeper into vinyl than the store has previously.\u00a0 Industry trends are important to notice, and Steve keeps his finger on the pulse of what is happening.\u00a0 Weekend events with manufacturers still happen here every 2-3 months, with only the best wine and appetizers served.\u00a0 I think the manufacturers enjoy it as much as Steve\u2019s clients do!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nordost.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/DSC_0399-1.jpg\"><img
